The Multicloud Customer Advisory Council (MCAC) is an exclusive, invite-only customer council run by Dell Technologies, focused on leveraging direct customer feedback to help improve Dell’s Multicloud products and solutions offerings. MCAC member companies are key strategic customers for Dell Technologies, representing various company sizes and industry verticals. MCAC Members enjoy direct access to Dell Technologies subject matter experts and receive NDA-Level information on product roadmaps and features/functionality; deployments; day 2+ operations; Lifecycle Management, etc. The reactions, discussions, and feedback members share directly influences Multicloud feature/functionality prioritization and future roadmaps. Throughout the year members engage remotely via coffee chats and roadmap reviews; in-person via networking events at select industry conferences; and via the highlight, the annual in-person summit.
